By using this website and booking services through Drip and Dip LLC, you agree to the following terms: 1. Service Agreement: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. If circumstances prevent your service you will be alerted at least 24 hours in advance and asked if you would like to reschedule your service or cancel. 2. Payment & Refunds: Payments are processed securely via our booking partner. Refunds are issued only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or failure to be present at the appointment time, are non-refundable. Full payment is required prior to the scheduled appointment. This ensures that all necessary materials are secured in advance and helps us reserve dedicated time for your service. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the appointment. 3. Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. 4. Messaging Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive text message or email messages related to your service (e.g. appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and customer support) from Drip and Dip LLC at the mobile number and/or email address used when booking service. Communication: Drip and Dip LLC uses text messaging to confirm appointments, reply to website inquiries, and provide customer support. 6. Liability: Drip and Dip LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Vehicle Damage: Drip and Dip LLC assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle that is not directly caused by our service actions. Any claims for damage must be reported to the Service Technician immediately or to Customer Service within 24 hours of the service. Service Liability: Drip and Dip LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the vehicle that may affect the service outcome. Our responsibility is limited to providing the Oil Change Service with reasonable skill and care. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Drip and Dip LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the customer's use of the service, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement by any other user of the customer's account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 7. Changes: We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services or website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
